*30 Day Shred is Kickin My Ass!!*

Jillian Michaels is kickin my ass and Im looooooving it!! Im on Day 3 of Phase One of 30DSand Ive already dropped 4.5 pounds!!! Ive got about 60 to lose and Im so excited! My endurance is already better!! Anyone else done this? What was your result?! Ive never done something with these results before!!

Do you do it every single day? I thought about getting it, but ended up with a Biggest Loser dvd instead lol

Ive done it everyday so far. you do each Phase for 10 days. Ive heard this is a little more hardcore than even the Biggest Loser workouts because she packs it ALL into 20 mintes!!! Its 20 minutes of TORTURE, but I can go through 20 minutes of torture for the results it produces!! And Jillian really pushes you...you wanna punch her in the face but MAN she really gets ya going!! I also bought her Burn Fat Boost Metabolism DVD that Im gonna mix in with it. For 30 day Shred you have to havetwo 3 pound weights...but I bought them and the DVD for $15 @ Target altogether. I'd raher get my workout done with and over!!!

i only made it throught phase one... when i tried going to phase two, it KILLED me. so i stopped. eeek! i think after i have this baby, i am just gonna do 30 days of the phase one.

I've had it a few weeks...and I've lost almost 20lbs.
That's doing it 3 times a week sometimes a little more.

BUT...i use canned foods.

It gives me something to do with Canned Pumpkin....I use fresh pumpkin and would otherwise donate it or throw it away.

Yep...3 days and 4.5 pounds...hopefully more tomorrow after this craziness from today! I had little 3 pound weights from a long while ago so I just used those but canned food is a good idea!!!! Ive done it everyday so far...toay was day 4

i'm doing it. im on day two of level 2. i almost cried on day 1 of phase 2,lol its pure torture. but i haven't lose ANY weight at all and yes im watching what im eating. i have noticed my clothese fitting me better, which is great but still i'd like to see the scale go down. whats your diet consist of?

When I do it Jillian totally kicks my ass!! I'm a Biggest Loser Fan and the show always motivates me! I also am following Jillian and Bob on twitter and Bob gives you challenges to do every day. He did one for the entire weekend which is to get in 3 hrs of exercise you can break it up but it has to be 3. I love the 30 day shred video though, Jillian is amazing and she kicks your butt and makes you hate her and love her all at the same time! All I know is after the first few days I can barely walk I am so sore!

It's kicking my ass too! I'm on Day 3 of Level 2. I lost weight in the middle days of level 1 and then plateaud (sp?) recently, but got on the scale this morning and have now lost 6 pounds total. I'm feeling the difference mre so than seeing it on the scale. I'm down a pant size and I even got a compliment from my husband yesterday that my thighs look slimmer lol. I think he was just trying to "get some" though.  

This workout definitely kicks your ass though!

Does anyone use a heart rate monitor? I bought one that measures calories burned and I'm starting to think it isn't accurate. It said I am burning about 500 calories every time I do Level 2. And Level 1 I was burning about 360. Seems kinda high to me...
