Well tell me your budget and ill try to find a good car seat in your price range. All car seats are safe...or else theyre not allowed to be sold...so it doesnt matter what brand u get...

Oh wait...which stroller are you getting? I mean if u cant afford so much right now...why dont u just buy a travel system...they come with car seats....

Candis if you feel you need a new one and are short on funds, you can always pick up a like new one at a garage sale or a store that sales gently used baby items that are safe. Thats where ive done most my shopping for baby number 2 and it worth the save!

its pretty much a non existent budget! lol My dad gave me a stroller someone gave him as well so I do have one of those. It happens to be a nice eddie bauer addtion one.

Check out your hospital and see if they know of a program in your town. Some programs will give you a free seat here in my town they charge you $25. So see if you have a program in your town like that.

For the ones that cant find the date it expires. They expire 6 years from the date made so the 99 one expired in 05.

Yeah darlenesmommy's suggestion is good...get some info on where u can get help in getting a car seat...because...anything else u can live without (crib, etc.) but u cant live without a car seat...especially if u have a car...
