So im only a week pp and i had a c section. I was wondering did anyone start doing any light exercises?? for legs and arms maybe?? I know im not soposed to fully exercise but i need to start getting back in shape. Im a military mom and i need to be able to fit into my uniform before i have to report next. Probably in a month. Any other mamas exercise a little bit before their 6 week check up??
