So my soon to be ex husband and I are split up. He's deployed and back with his ex girlfriend now. So my question is can i collect child support at the age of 16. Idk anything about child support because I never thought I'd have to mess with it. Any help?

Yeah you can, but did he join after you were pregnant? Cause he should have never been with you if he was in the service.
