Revealing the unrevealed

so im 4 1/2 months pp and wiegh 197(pre-pregnant 165)
i was 216 before i delivered'
I have just recently taken my weight loss serious by getting a persnal trainer,eating healthy and counting calories. I have already lost 3 lbs ina week.
The thing is really hate my body to the point i wont look in the mirror,wont go out side unless going to class and causes me to ulimately hate myself.
Though my best friend and SO is very supportive and tell im still beautiful i dont feel like it at all.
I believe what triggered these thoughts was when i made a visit back home and my Aunt told me i looked like i had not lost any weight,and i had saggy titties and need to loose wight asap.
It really hit home for me because i have never had any one ever said that to me and for it to be my family hit me the hardest and now all i do now is sit and worry about my weight and get depressed.
I hate eating because i feel like im gaing 10 pounds everytime the fork reaches my mouth.
I really want my aunt to put her foot in her mouth when she sees me thanksgiving.But losing 35 lbs by thanksgiving is unhealthy but i just dont know if i could take the heartache again of what she might say.

You can do it!!! well maybe not that much by turkey day but you will lose weight. It took 9mos to gain it, it will take at least that long to lose it. Pay no mind to the people who put you down, you created a life, any mother knows the weight is hard to lose.

I know how you feel. The weight after a baby can be so depressing. I'm there with you. I'm also on a weight loss journey. Don't try to lose that much weight that fast. You're right and its just not healthy. But you are moving in the right direction. Eat healthy, small meals through out the day and stay active. And if she says something like that again, just remind yourself that you have a very good reason for looking as beautiful as you do and that reason is your precious baby! The weight will come off and and I think it's terrific that you are doing what you are doing with the trainer and all.
