How long did you use your highchair?

Would it be worth it to buy a 10 month old a cheaper high chair? I have one of those high chairs that strap onto a normal chair at my moms house, but here I don't have a dining room table (or a dining room to put one) so I just sit her down on the kitchen floor to feed her.

Would it be worth spending the money to get her a high chair?

No I wouldnt buy one. I have the one that attaches to the table, or island.

Eh, if its working now with out one then I'd say you're fine.

kyle is 11 months and we still use his. its a cheap one, it was my 3 y/os lol.
kyle doesnt eat unless hes contained in his highchair, hes just too adventurous and wanders around.

I would. You could even get a used one off craigslist if you want. My 14 month old uses her high chair all the time. When she starts eating more and more table foods you are going to want somewhere for her to sit if you don't have a dining room table.

I put mine to good use. I've been using it since my daughter was 4 months and now she's 8 months.

yeah my 2.5 year old still uses her booster seat at the regular table. If we didn't have a dining room table I would probably still have her in a high chair too. My hubby's cousin has a daughter who just turned 3 and she still is using a high chair lol

I hate hate hate the highchair. I'm saving it for our 2nd so he can use it when I start feeding him solids. But with my 1st son (who is 16 months) I'm just using the small one we attach to the chair from now on. He likes it better, it is easier to clean, and it isn't a huge giant food-encrusted thing in our dining room. Plus it is portable!
