Is this right?

SO/BD doesn't like part of my family, and I don't blame him because they aren't real nice to him a lot of the time.
But anyways.


I'm not allowed to go to my own moms house, with my son, because I'm not allowed to go without him because my moms is 45 min away from where he lives and where I live and he doesn't feel like going.
He said I'm allowed to go, but Alex isn't,.

Um, excuse me, I'll take MY son with me if I want to,. He lives with me, and Adrian is going to have to pay child support, so I'm pretty sure I have custody.
Idk how all of that works though.

But he's saying if I try to go and take Alex with me, it wont end well and blah blah blah.

Is this wrong or what?
And can he really do anything if I do go?

He sounds extremely immature.
You can take your son where ever you want.. just as he can. You need to get a court order in place no matter if you are together with him or not.

He can't do anything about you taking your son to your mom's house. He's trying to scare you so he'll get his way.

Well theres never been a custody order or anything, so Idk how the rights go..

That's what I thought, I just didn't know how the laws worked.

With no court order in place you both can do what you please... that includes you or him disappearing with your LO.... and the police wont do anything about it. Its in the best interest of your child to get a court order in place.

That makes me nervous cuz he has the baby right now
