irregular periods...due to stress

hey ladies i have a regular preiod usually always it always around the 20th-15-th and about 3-5 days long and last month i was under alot of stress and had a period on the 13-15 mostly just spotting...im not pregnant i did a few hpt and a blood test and nothing... so im just woundering if any one has experianced this and also if my cycle will return to normal

also i have nausea headachs mood swings very hungry tired before every period do u ladies feel this way.?

also my boobs are always sore and i am lactating my son is 18 months now and havnt breast feed since he was 2 months
