IYO whats better tredmill or eliptical?

I think I get a better work out from the eliptical, and cus its less jaring i'm still doing 2 miles 4 times a day, hoping to keep it up as long as I can....

I like both. I think treadmill is better though.

ive only done the treadmill, but im thinking i could go longer on the eliptical idk ill try it I just wana do what works best ya know. No time to waste

Elipitcal - MUCH better on your joints!! Treadmills will kill your hips/knees/ankles eventually!!
