well i just got a bfp but my last af was sept 23rd. i tested on cd28&35 both bfns. now this bfp today cd43... is there anyway to figure out how far along i am? or do i wait for an u/s

I'd say at least 3 to 4 weeks...otheriwse the test couldn't pick up the pregnancy hormones.

mymonthlycycles.com will give you an estimate by your date of conception. When I used and then had the us done I was only off by one day....
