3 months pp and i feel great!!!!

Ok so i dont work out much at allI BF for the first month but I am shocked at how fast i got back down to my pre prego weight the one thing i did use was bella body dance viedo once a week so maybe thanks is due to that.


4 days before i had her. The day i had her was 157





Now today back at 103 Lbs yay!!!! sorry i am just proud of myself!!!!! Also no stretch marks thanks to palmers tummy butter

You look great! But, FYI, stretch marks are genetic....so no matter how much body butter you use, if you're meant to get them, you'll get them! You're lucky!

well my stomachs not so bad but my BOOBS omg

I eat lots just healthy food, Like two years before I had my daughter I was a car model so I had to stay fit so i learned to eat right then.
