booo we don't have any stairs...and shes still a peanut... perhaps once she is comfortable with the front pack, that might help some.. at the moment though,she screams her brains out

The stairs are my method at the moment. BUT...my brother gave me a DVD called "Mom and Baby Fitness" from Parents magazine - haven't done it yet 'cuz I'm not cleared (and 'cuz I'm lazy) but it looks pretty freaking intense. It's like Pilates but using the BeBe as a weight of sorts...so you'll do the Hundred (or Hundert?) but lay the baby on your legs for an additional challenge.

It actually intimidated the hell outta me...I mean, I couldn't do half those exercises WITHOUT the baby, let alone adding my lil' 10 pound weight to the process. But it also had baby massage and baby yoga - been using that and am loving it!

Ohh and Dancing with the little girly!

I actually started walking again yesterday, and I just put audrey in her stroller and walked till she passed out, then once that occurred I walked to our apartment fitness center and walked uphill on the treadmill...once I'm cleared to start doing more then walking I'll probably keep walking till she falls asleep then while she's sleeping I'll do my lifting and what not. well that's the plan anyways...hopefully she cooperates.
