vertigo

I have vertigo sooooo bad today. I woke up with the spins this morning at 4:45 when Brynn woke up.....I was knocking into the walls it was so bad. I had my mom come over for a bit and I took a nap, I felt a little bit better when I got up........but now I feel like crap again, and she's already left.

Brynn refuses to nap today, I think she knows I feel horrible..........

that happens to me to when I get my period, I was shopping at walmart and started spinning it was horrible!!

That happens to me sometimes   It's so scary, I hate it. It's usually when my iron levels are low. Are you anemic?

No....I just think it's because of my period. I hate it sooooo much

Your iron can be lower during your period.... that may be part of it. Try to incorporate some more iron-rich foods or take a supplement during that time and it might help!
