Tonight I start....

my lamaze/ birthing classes! I'm excited! For those of you who went, did you find them helpful?

we did our first of 5 last thursday and we go again tomorrow... it was actually really informative! we both really enjoyed it, ours was 2 hours long but it flew by..... then they took us through a tour of the maternity ward and how everything works there i dug it.....

we had our second last night. its alot of information that i already know but i think its totally worth it for my boyfriend to actually hear it from some one else too! haha. and the massages and breathing excersizes you do together are really helpful.
you also get to meet other pregnant ladies due around the same time as you!

Ha... Iv'e alwaysthought that my husband would need it more than me, he doesn't know crap. He's like "what is a coach?" LOL

Thanks! Ours is 2 hours long too. For 9 weeks, once a week! I'm super excited for the tour at the hospital : )

he gets pretty interested in it, its adorableeeee! i think it helps that our instructor is a little wacky and makes it funny. ours is 2 hours but we always get out really early. we have a pajama night, and a party night at the end too. haha.....its fun. it was worth the 70 bucks we paid....yikes

Awww, how sweet! & how fun! I hope we get a cool instructor, I think that would make all the difference.
