eating habits

my son only eats about 3-4 times during the day, but then at night he eats like 5-6 times, does the sounds nomarl? is he eating eough? plus one thing of soilds, ( half jar most of the time )

My son is 9 months and is NOT a big eater. He eats small amounts throughout the day. He very rarely eats more than 4 oz of formula at a time, and maybe eats a half jar of baby food 2-3 times a day. i try to give him snacks like gerber melts and puffs, cut up bananas, etc. As long as he is gaining weight and you feed him when he wants to be fed he should be fine.

Then he def is doing good. My son is 9 months and weighs 20 pounds!

He seems like he is growing good enough!!

My son still nurses every 2 or so hrs during the day, and gets up twice between 645 at night and 6 am (usually)

He is having veggies/fruit 3 times a day too. He is a savage eater. Yet he is still only in the 25th percentile for weight..lol

As long as he's eating it's fine. The intake is over a 24 hour period..
