Sore Breast?

Okay, so this might be TMI but I have a question for you all...
My right breast has been hurting a LOT the last two days, and it's a constant pain. It is a very sharp pain and seems to be behind my nipple. I thought maybe it was from wearing a bra, but the pain is worse without a bra. It also hurts more ifI move my arm or when I'm laying down.
Is that a normal pregnancy symptom or should I call my doctor? I had breast pain early in my pregnancy but it wasn'tTHIS kind of pain.
I am 33 weeks pregnant in case that is of any help.

It could be a cyst. Call your doctor and ask for their opinion.
