Just out of curiousity..If you choose not to get your children vaccinated do you still take them everywhere with you?

Yes, my son still goes with me everywhere I go. Neither me or him are vaccinated for the h1n1.

my son is too little to get the vaccine and i'm probably not going to get it...i haven't decided yet. we don't go anywhere really. we go to wal mart maybe once a week if that. other than that we either just go see people we know who aren't sick or we stay in the house and just chill out and play.  

I never leave the house  
I can't drive.. and my mom won't let me.
When I am able to get out, my daughter goes with me.

I have to work, which means they have to go to daycare. So, they leave the house every day. Even on weekends, because they go to their dad's house.

WE HAVE ALL GOTTEN IT HERE AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW BUT WE LIVED.. JUST KEEP CLEAN USE LYSOL AND HAND SANITIZER..!!!

My mom's friend's daughter had a baby a month or so ago. The baby went strait from the hospital to home, he hasn't been anywhere else. My mom bought a gift and asked when it would be a good time to bring it over, she told her that they wern't allowing visitors around the baby. Some people are too overprotective.

I don't see how that is too overprotective. We didn't let anyone around Bella and she was 3 months old or so before we let many people hold her. To me it is more important to keep my baby healthy then to please other people.

Oh, I guess it makes sense.
I will prob. feel differntly when my son is born.

I havent gotten Jacey vaccinated yet, because her pedis office hasnt gotten the shots yet. My sisters had it, and a friend of mine had it and everyones fine. So Im planning on getting it for Jacey. When and if they ever get it. But I dont put her in shopping carts during flu season (cart cover or not) I put her in a stroller or leave her at home with her daddy.

The kids usually dont go with me but yesterday they did. BIG MISTAKE! Me + 2 kids @ Kroger =bad deal. ha

My friend and her son got it but I guess I'm still not comfortable with anyone getting it.

I just don't trust thsi vaccine. So we're not getting it. But I do take precautions - lots of hand washing, etc.

I have an almost two month old and a 3 year old and we try to keep them at home as much as possible or if we have to stop somewhere on the way home from visiting our parents then just one of us runs in. My daughter hasn't gotten the Swine Flu vaccine yet because her doctors office ran out but my niece got it and with 3 days, she was sick along with me, my fiance and my daughter(we all live together). My daughter has been sick almost a week now and is going to the doctor for the 2nd time tomorrow. So we aren't sure if we are getting the shot for her...UGH! I hate flu season!

My son goes everywhere with me, or his father, & we have so little time off together that we always go everywhere together when we do have any time off. Hell my Boys even come to work when his dad doesn't work the next am, & on Saturday am's (my only not until after Midnight shift).

So yes our child goes everywhere with us, we weren't going to get him his shot, but his Special Needs/High Risk Pedi said she really really wanted us to get it for him, so we gave in & he just got it on Saturday, when he was in the middle of a batle with a Cold. Yay life right now is interesting to say the least.
