Prenatal Vitamins

Okay so i try to take them everyday, but often times i forget. Is that okay ?! lol.

I put mine next to my deodorant so that I remember them everyday

i never took mine .. they made me sick

I keep them beside my bed with a glass of water.. I take it before bed though so I don't forget.

See and thats the problem i have also. so my dr told me to take Flinstones lol so ive been doing that but is that just as good ?

i dont see why not ... i tried 5 or 6 different kinds and they all made me sick sick .. i maybe only took a few weeks worth my whole pregnancy ..

I think I'd rather not remember to take them, then TO take them and not remember if I remembered to take them or not. Lol. I end up asking SO if I took it or not. He looks at me like I'm crazy because he's at work all day so he wouldn't know. I don't think it would hurt anything. But try and put them somewhere where you would remember them. Like, next to your moniter/laptop for when you get on BG lol.
The deodorant thing the other mama suggested wouldn't work with me, I kep mine in my purse. Lol.

I was told taking 2 Flintstones will be the equivalent of the prenatal. I take mine at night with apple juice. It coats the nasty taste for me.

A friend of mine suggested that I start taking gummy vitamins because my prenatals made me sick and girl I never forgot to take my gummy vitamins!!lol I'm sure you wouldn't either and if you don't mind taking your normal pills maybe you could mix them with some gummy vitamins and then you won't forget.
