I'm excited I don't have to see the fuck for 30-90days.
But I do feel bad for my mom, because for whatever reason, she loves the douche and she's going to be all alone. =[

That's what my mom told me.
He goes to court tomorrow and they told him he WILL be sentenced. Idk if he'll get more. He's looking at 90 days according to my mom, but good behavior is 30?

my husband got hit my a drunk driver and his car was totalled, the lady's license had already been revoked, she was uninsured and the car she was driving was a family members and it was also uninsured. it took 2years before they finally got her in court and she only got 6months and since the accident with my husband she had already been pulled like 4more times.

This guy kicked me out, planted his OWN weed in my room to get me kicked out, does coke, can't drive, has to work at culvers so that he can walk to work. He's a loser. And this just proves it all.

It's stupid that people can go to jail for a lot longer for less worse things.
He put tons of people's lives in danger, and he may only get 3 months. MAYBE less.

he served time for his second, i know. Idk about his 3rd. He compltely lost his license after the third, he can NEVER get it back.

i don't think there hard enough when it comes to DUI's. 90 days is nothing, as soon as he gets out he'll be doing the same thing again, i have a family member like that.

Not always. My uncle got 4 in CO before serving any time.
