The big switch

I was at the store yesterday looking at rice milk and started crying because my baby is growing up so fast. Em's dad and I had talked about it and decided that we wanted to start switching Em from formula to rice milk at 10 months and go super slow because she has issues with new things. But I don't think I can do it yet! I'm just not ready.


So, I'll start at 10 1/2 months instead

Does it even make a difference if we start early or keep her on formula until after her first birthday if she isn't done switching over?
