i feel like complete shit. what should i take? i have a stuffed nose and a sore scratchy throat with a cough....

just make sure it is the regular not like the sleepy kind
i got sick like you when i was about 4 months pregnant and i took sudafed...but it didnt really make a difference
you can also take benadryl...that helped me better than sudafed.
