Pink eye?

I woke up with a really pink right eye. I'm wondering if it could be anything besides pink eye? Should I head to the doctor right away or wait a day to see if it clears up?
Ugh, my stupid body...last Wednesday it was a UTI and now it's my freakin eyeball!
