Pretty sure she looks like a girl.
My mom had the same problem when she'd take me out. I was bald. She bought a "it's a girl" pin and put it on the carseat and the stroller Lol

I do wonder if people do it just to make us mad!! You're right it is a boy...I just dress him in PINK and put BOWS in his hair, so you would know for sure its a boy
