  That makes me so sad for you. Thing is, even if the baby comes early, you're really going to need your husband for help once the baby is here.

Does he have a lawyer? Could he appeal? Could he postpone the jail sentence start date? No time will be easy--but you deserve to have hubby there for the birth of your child and to help after he is here.

The baby might be measuring to weigh bigger (I was measuring 4 weeks ahead the last few months of my pregnancy--and had a big baby)...BUT, the last few weeks are the most critical for lung development. You really want him to stay in as long as possible, IMO. But you could ask your OB and see what he/she says.

thats a big freakin baby.... those estimates are almost always off, btw.... and they wont bo it electively until probably 38 weeks anyway...... when hes supposed to leave?

Yes he has a lawyer and he's trying to either postpone the date or do house arrest

But its not looking too good because of my husbands prior record even though he hasn't been in any kind of trouble in over 5 yrs

my babies father was not there it was depressing but at the same time I made it thru fine just think of how excited he is gonna be when he comes home at that moment you will forget all about him not being there GL mama

If it turns out he needs to go after your due date, I would ask the doctor to do it like a few days before he is set to leave

Yeah...my drs office is really good about helping with things like that so ill talk to my OB at my appt on monday...here if ur LO isn't here by ur DD they induce the next day

I havent read everything everyone said but i really dont think youre gonna mind too much once active labor starts and once LO is here your gonna want them all to yourself anyways. The worst is gonna be for him bc he'll be the one missing it. Im sorry. I had some charges from way before i was prego and didnt even get took to court til i was 6 months pregnant...and got 4 yrs probation, some restitution and 200 hr community service...and the comm service they wanted done like ASAP so i was huge and pregnant doing community service..i actually went two days before kagen was born

If DH didn't have 8 felonies already we could prob do something like that

I just don't wanna be alone especially if I have to have a c section and can't drive myself etc for 2 weeks
