How much are your monthly bills?

I'm trying to create a budget. SO found a house to rent for $1000/month so I want to see if we can afford it. This is what I have so far. Everything is monthly and these are just estimates. Let me know what you think.
Rent $1000
Gas $100
Electricity $100
Water $100
Cable $100
Day Care (two children) $600 <-- I honestly have NO idea
Groceries $300
Diapers $80
Baby Wipes $10
Gas for cars $150
Cell phone $110
Miscellaneous $300
I think that puts us at $2950

I'd do 200 a month for electricity, and more like 1000 a month for daycare!

How big is the house??>.

My electric bills runs between 120-150 depending on the season ...

If I were you I would also start a savings account for "just in case".

How old are you LOs? I have a 10 month old and her daycare costs us $600/month and that is a discounted price bc our sister-in-law owns it....

Water bill would only be about $50 if that....
Electricity is probably at least $150....

Don't forget about internet. I have a tv/home phone/internet bundle that is about 150 after taxes. Gas I easily spend 200 a month. Daycare...mine is going to be about 350 but i am having a friend babysit so i think yours will be more than 650 for two.

I'm not sure about the square footage but I'm positive it's less that 1500. It's only 2 bed/2 bath.

2 1/2 and 11 weeks. I'm hoping to find someone who works out of their home. I just can't see myself putting my littlest one in a day care yet.

I would put more in for daycare...I pay $600 a month for an infant...

I have higher mortgages and rent here but my cable is free  
But I know I should be making 40,000 after tax now, at LEAST..... I hope I find a job that starts at 50,000 after college this August..... That's because I'm single.... if you think about it, it's 2 people making 25,000 each a year....
