c-section

posted 4th Nov
I found out I have to get a c-section due to a car accident years ago that I broke my pelvis in. I was wondering, to all the women that have had c sections, does it completely and utterly ruin your stomach muscles? will I never have a flat stomach again?

Thanks so much ladies

With your 1st c-section, i think its relatively easy to get a semi-flat tummy again, depending on your genes and how well you bounce back. It gets harder with each additional one you have though... You'll probably always have a small "pouch" I call mine a muffin top - its FUGLY

No, my tummy went back to normal. There may be some scarring though that will not make it return to completely, depends on the person

You can get a flat tummy again, you just have to work. You have to rebuild torn muscles, and it can take a while.

I havnt got my flat tummy back but I dont see why you couldnt. They dont really cut your stomach muscles, they cut right below the bikini line.
