Help!

I'm trying to get my daughter on PeachCare health insurance, and in order for her to be approved, I have to send in one proof of citizneship from this list, or one each from the next two lists.

This is list #1, if I send in one of these, I don't have to send anything else:

U.S. Passport - The department of State issues passports. A U.S. passport does not have to be currently valid to be accepted as evidence of U.S. Citizenship as long as it was originally issued without limitations. -

OR - Certification of Naturalization (N-550 or N-570) - Issued by the Department of Homeland Security for naturalization. -

OR - Certificate of Citizenship (N-560 or N-561) - Issued by the Department of Homeland Security to individuals who derive citizenship through a parent.

I don't even know how to obtain any of those three things, and I don't understand why my daughter, an American citizen, has to have one of those to begin with?? I'm American, my daughter was born in the same hospital as me, my parents are American, there are no immigrants in my family!!! So WTF?

So if I don't have something off that list, above, I have to send one item from list #2 and one item from list #3:
#2 List:

A U.S. public birth record (Birth Certificate) showing birth in: one of the 50 U.S. States, District of Colombia, American Samoa, Swain's Island, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands of the U.S., Northern Mariana Islands, or Guam. -

OR - Certification of Report of Birth (DS-1350) -

OR - Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America (FS-240) -

OR - Certification of Birth Abroad (FS-545) -

OR - United States Citizen Identification Card I-197 -

OR - American Indian Card (I-872) -

OR - Final Adoption Decree -

OR - Extract of hospital record on hospital letterhead -

OR - Life or Health or other insurance record showing a U.S. place of birth and was created at least 5 years before the initial application date

( Of Course my daughter has a birth certificate!! But why would she have anything from below? She's never been in daycare or school!)

List #3:

Identification card issued by federal, state, or local government agencies or entities -

OR - School record that shows date and place of birth and parent(s) name (under age 16 only) -

OR - Daycare or nursery school record showing date and place of birth -

OR - A current state driver's license

So does anyone know how I can obtain something from list #1? Is it even possible?

birth certificate should work just fine. they just want to make sure she's a US citizen.

no... things from list one is if she is NOT a natural born citizen, im assuming.

because no NATURAL BORN citizen... would even be able to obtain one of those documents.

i assume a copy of SSN card, and birth cert would be sufficent.

A Social Security card is "Identification card issued by federal, state, or local government agencies or entities"

But Social Security Card is not on any of those lists?? They are going to want more than just her Birth Certificate....and it has to be from the third list, which.....there is no reason for her to have any of those documents....so we don't have any of them.

Okay, lol, well now I feel dumb, haha.
Now I have to make a trip to the Social Security office....ugh. I never got her card in the mail after she was born.....

I'd just send her birth certificate.
That should be sufficient!
That's weird, I dont even have to have my kids birth certificates to get them on Denali Kidcare (our state medicaid)
I just need their social security numbers.

here u have to have the birth cert i applyed and had to fax my SSN and Birth cert....
