i cant believe this happend

last night my bf and I and emmalynn went to target..on the way home he was the one who put her in her carseat...we just recently switched her forward facing.. well we are driving and the light turns yellow so my bf sorta slams on the breaks.. and SLAM.. emmalynn flies out of the carseat and hits the back of my seat and start screaming. i get out of the car and jump in the back seat so i can actually BUCKLE HER in..
i cant beleive he didnt buckle her! i was in tears thinking about "what could of" happend.. OMG..i know accidents happen but if he wasnt soooo worried about that stupid video game that i told him he cant get because he is getting for his birthday next weeek.. this wouldnt of happend...

ill be sure to always put her in the seat from now on... how can you forget to buckle her? grrrr

I had that happen once...but it wasn't just him who flew forward it was the whole seat WITH him. My middle child was about 18 months and hub's switched the carseat from his truck to my car and didn't latch it in. The next time he was with me and put the toddler in his seat it wasn't latched.
