I've heard of Bio-oil. Not sure if it works thought. Keep your head up mama, those stretch marks are a badge of honor!

Are they in a pretty visible area? I read somewhere that a lady used makeup, she got them all the way around her upper arms and people were always staring. Mine are on my stomach and hips so they are pretty easy to hide.

Maderma. That stuff for scars. I heard it works really well but is kind of expensive.

Mederma or scar zone. I used both. Scar zone is a little bit cheaper, like $7 a tube from walmart. I think I paid $11-13 for the mederma, but it may have come down a little. They both worked for me, in the summer with my tan, you can't see my stretch marks.

I've been using palmer's scar serum three times a day. (Well, been slacking lately.) It's definitely not overnight but there has been a noticeable difference! I have a ton of them and a bottle will last me three weeks to a month. I get mine for around $10 at BRU or Ulta.

They are a badge of honor the same way wrinkles are a badge of honor: they can be worn with pride as a testament to all we have been through as mamas

I dunno about that. I'll never like or be proud of my stretchies nor will I feel that way about my wrinkles(when I get them). I can however accept them and that's enough for me, LOL

Im not saying I like my stretch marks, but Im saying there is a positive way to accept them for what they stand for rather than wallow in self pity over them.

Some people get them in really visible places and I can understand a certain bit of embarrassment. Imagine not being able to wear a tank top with showing the stretchmarks that run down the tops of your arms and shoulders. I can conceal mine so it's easy to call them "badges of honor", I would feel a hell of a lot differently if I couldn't cover them up.
