Quoting ♥LAM&ADM♥: I posted something yesterday about my LO having a pretty high fever all night and all day. We gave him ... [snip!] ... did either. You could tell in his eyes that he didn't feel good, but he was running around, eating and keeping fluids down.
Quoting Kaylee+Kaelin'sMommy: I took my daughter to the er once for that she had a temp of 106 and nothing was wrong with her...they said some kids do that, its like a freak fever...idk why but shes ok
Quoting ♥LAM&ADM♥: It was wierd. The highest his got was 101.5. We gave him tylenol and it would go down a little. But now its just completely gone.kaylee does that every once and a while, the er ped told me it just must be their bodies adjusting and being weird...but i thought it was strange they ran all kinds of tests and found nothing wrong with her except the fever

I wanted to take him to the walk in clinic at his pedi office, but my mom told me not to, just give him Tylenol and a luke warm bath if it gets worse. Wierd kids
Quoting Kaylee+Kaelin'sMommy: yeah, i don't give my kids the flu shot, they actually told me not to if she doesnt have anything wrong ... [snip!] ... it is strange but maybe you will have better luck with it and maybe it makes yu feel better to know someone else does it too
Quoting keylimepie: My daughter just had something similar earlier this week. She ran a high fever (102 mostly but got to ... [snip!] ... to the doc and they said, random fever virus -- I guess it is quite common in little ones. It left as quickly as it came on.
