re: soon to be mommies (november!)

Went to my doctors appt. today and my blood pressure was 160/100. He sent me to the hospital for more testing and said if it didn't come down then he would have to induce tonight. Well, it came down and they sent me home. I thought I might just be bringing my baby home tonight, No such luck. I have an appt. again on monday and if my blood pressure is high again he said he will induce then. We will see.

SO how do you feel about possible being induced?

oh ok...are you hoping they will have to induce you? or are you hoping your baby will come in his/her own time?

had a dr appt today. Now i am 4 cm dialated and all thinned out,but they still told me to go home! So I have to wait fo more regular contractions or water breaking...it seems like these last 2 weeks are going to take forever.

At least you ladies still have a few weeks left I'm due today NOV4TH and NO BABY I'm tired and feel as if I'm going to be pregnant forever hope you ladies have better luck then i am having

thats EXACTLY wat i dont want to happen (to be overdue lol) but my doc says they wont let you go past a week of your due date before inducing you since it increases the risk of being still born the longer your babies in there so just try and hang on (your still closer than me! lol)

Only20 days left for me!!!! It sounds like such asmallamount of time but 20 days is really a long time when you are waiting for it to go by

I was 0 everything at my last appointment

Oh I am so sorry for you.... But on the bright side you only have one week till your due date!
Has anybody's doctor set limits on how far over due they an go before getting induced?

I wasn't wanting to be induced but when my blood pressure is that high it is better for the baby to come out as soon as possible. And when your in the hospital thinking that you might just have your baby that night and then they tell you to go home, it's kind of dissapointing. I was thinking "wow, I might not have to be uncomfortable like this too much longer." But I guess she wants to stay in there and stick her feet under my ribs for a couple more days.

Yeah thats true   My doctor hasn't, but I wont go over by anymore than a couple days because of what happened to my sister, way to scary   and I also don't want to risk my BP going up in those last couple days and having to get an emergency c-section.

Yea had a docs appt today i am 3 and hlf cm dilated and 50% effected if he doesn't come own his own they will be inducing me the 16th. I so didn't want to be overdue but i guess my boy isn't ready to face the cold yet but just do a lot of walking and try not think about in due time your baby will be here

GUH! i'm definitely sick of being pregnant.

i'll be 39 weeks tomorrow.  
hopefully he makes his appearance SOON.

i have to work saturday and sunday and then i'm DONE with work for 3 months.   so YAYY for that.

Our baby girls have the same first name! Im naming her Aliyah Brielle, an my blood pressure has also been high too for the past two weeks but it always goes down, Im suppose to be getting induced next week, if I have made any progress!
