No poop

My LO is almost 5months and the past 3 days she hasn't pooped and she is grunting like crazy and isn't very happy atm, I've tried warm baths, extra tummy time, tummy massage, cycling her legs & feeding her more but nothing. She does fart but no poop.

She is breastfed and i read that breastfed babies don't or it is uncommon to get constipated.

What do you mamas think? and is their a solution or should i take her to the doctors?

Not really, her tummy is making loud noises. She has always pooped at least once a day so this is a bit out of the ordinary

My LO sometimes used to not poop for upto 10 when BFing, don't stress too much!

i think the longest we went was 14 days with no poo with breastfeeding   If she isnt in pain i wouldn't worry too much   She may just be gassy
