Last Wednesday was my mom's bday. I ordered her flowers on FTD.com on Tuesday morning to be delivered Wednesday. Well Wednesday came and by 7pm she had not recieved them. I called them the next day and they said they would be delivered first thing that morning (which was the day after her bday). By 4pm they still never delivered them. I called and cancelled the order. Apparently they were being delivered by Fedx. They tried to ofer me 4 dollars off, but I demanded my money back...Well at 7 that night they delivered them. Would you have demanded your money back??

yes. you pay shipping accordin to when you selected your flowers to be delivered. if they weren't delivered by then, you should've gotten your money back

I hate FTD. When my husband was deployed he ordered me flowers from there. 2 weeks later when I finally talked to him, he asked me if I got them. I had no idea what he was talking about because they never delivered them. They suck.
