haha of course being young and pregnant is stressful. She didn't say that was the reason. He first sentence was about how she was happy that she found out she was having a girl. She never came out and said exactly why she was feeling that way in the OP. Thats why I asked instead of just assuming

take a warm bath and listen to some classical music...I'm 26 weeks an when I have a bad day I lay in bed with 2 sets of headphones and plug them into my laptop and put one set on my belly and the other on me...I'm really calm after about half an hour....
