Still in the NICU and im going crazy!!

So as most of you know i had my LO September 29th and she was 3 pounds 6 ounces, She's currently 5 pounds 2 ounces and still in the NICU.
The hospital she was born at had to transfer her to their main hospital 45 minutes away when she was a week old to put a PIC line in her cause she kept pulling out her iv's, then once she got there they decided not to >.< so she's been stuck down there for like three weeks now and since i dont have a car i can only wee her every other day. She's perfectly healthy but sometimes when she drinks from her bottle she sucks so hard that she has a bradicardia episode AND now i just found out the swab they took from her nose came back positive for staff so now shes gonna be in there even longer and shes on contact yet again....im loosing my mind....i just want her to get better and come home....im seriously sitting here crying my eyes out....this is soooooooooo hard.... 

I'm sorry mama. Praying you get to bring your baby girl home soon and healthy!

Awww best wishes and good luck....I know what its like with staff b/c my g-ma b/f got in a bad accdent in april on a golf course and his leg will not heal its not staff but its like it and just not healing they think they might have to do a 3rd surgery

  I'm sorry Momma. I was in your shoes last year except DD's hospital was 2 hours away and after the first 3 weeks I could only see her on weekends or if I took my DS out of school b/c I had nobody to pick him up from school and watch him while DH was at work.

NICU time feels twice as long as regular time. Stay strong, she'll be home before you know it!

And it doesnt help im dealing with this all by myself cause her dead beat father has decided to drop off the edge off the face of the earth....i havent heard from him since the night she was born, i mean i have my parents and my sister BUT it's not the same.

  I know we were talking earlier, but I really hate that you can't have her home with you yet. Why does it seem as if hospitals are like... infested with staff?

Cause they are lol.

If you think about it, as much as they try, hospitals really aren't that clean.
And she's at a hospital in a bad part of detroit....if anyone's been there....it's not to pretty....

They r infested with staff and i feel bad for the OP and her baby cuz now she will have it for the rest of her life that suxz ass...

Everyone has staff....it's normal....but yeah it does suck and thanks
