Like someone said, I don't really think juice is that good for kids. They get plenty of good stuff anyway, I make all their food from scratch including their rice cereal.

For Food Stamps lets say I go to walmart and ring up a bunch of groceries and a red bull. The red bull will NOT go onto my food stamp card. It will pay for all grocery items and then give me a total for non grocery.

So give it to a food bank, there are plenty of people who have lost their jobs and can't afford anything for their kids.

Um, try having an adjustable rate mortgage and a home that is worth 60,000 less than what you bought it for so you can't refinance or have the money to remodel. Try having a Jeep payment that you can't trade in because it's so far over under. Try not having enough dental coverage and paying $2000 out of pocket for a root canal (my SO).

When I actually worked full-time I had enough money, but now that I'm a full time student and full time mommy, the story has changed.

I do donate the rice cereal to a food bank since I make my own.

And if your freezer is lined with juice, why keep buying more? Just because they place benefits on your card does not mean you have to use them.

The economy is really fucked up right now and you might not think your few containers of juice are attributing to it, but somehow I doubt you're the only one that thinks this is okay.
