asthma attack and contractions

My husband thought it would be HILLARIOUS to trigger an asthma attack....well I have my inhaler and it has helped some but I'm having contractions now too  

I'm having a lot of trouble breathing and contractions every 4-6 min

Due to pregnancý I've been having to go in for treatments 5 x's a week

pregnancy made my asthma come back HORRIBLY. When I was around 9 weeks I had a bad asthma attack and had to go to the ER...

I've also heard to sit in a steamy room..like turn the shower on and sit in the bathroom with the door closed.
This doesn't work for me, though. I freak out and just make it worse.

I'm not sure abotu the steamy bathroom being helpful beyond helping with clear phlegm after an attack..but I know for sure plain black doffee will help!!!

you can ask you dr. about getting a nebulizer. They should be able to get you one with no problem...my husband was able to call and get one within 20 minutes without even seeing his doctor. I wouldn't imagine it would be any harder for you to get one since you are pregnant and breathing is definitely needed.
