Saturday. People go to church on sunday, sunday football, and they might want to relax before going back to work monday.

It would also give you time to put things away over the weekend.

I had mine on a friday night. It was kind of a bummer though, I had a few Jewish friends who recognize the sabbath that didn't come. I voted for sunday.
