Has anyone tried the flirty girl dance dvd? It looks fun and it says you'll lose some weight! Does anyone have it? What are your thoughts on it? I like thatI can lose some pounds while learning some sexy dance moves ;)

I don't have the flirty girl fitness. But I used to work as a dancer, and pole tricks are an AMAZING workout. I remember my first night working, I was sooo sore the next day and I didn't even do anything special. I want Flirty Girl Fitness, and I think I might get it for Christmas.
