... I could be wrong, but, I don't think she meant sex positions, but the fact that your cervix changes positions during your ovulation cycle...

to OP, no... I wish I did! I can't notice a difference in my cervix... I can barely notice a difference in my CM.

All I can tell you is that at ovulation, your cervix is high and when AF shows, its low.

Cervix position is not a good indicator of pregnancy early on since it often doesn't set itself until 5-6 weeks.

well no thats no what i was try to get at.i was just trying to wonder why is my cervix is still soft and high 4 days before my period.isnt it suppose to be low and firm?and thansk for the reply

Mine doesn't lower and harden until the day before.
I'll see what the good ol' internet has on it.

ive been surfing for the past 2 hours and it say shortly after ovulation it drops down and becomes firm again

Your cervix is soft, very high, and closed when pregnant. However, it may not become that way until after a missed period. It's different for everyone.
Right before AF, or as close as the day of, it will be low and hard.
When you ovulate, it is very high and soft.

From my personal experience, my cervix usually doesnt drop down until RIGHT before AF. Usually a day or two before or the day of.
Every woman is different though
