i know that it'll be hard. and i'm not in school. but i'm also not expecting a cake walk or someone else to care for my daughter. she is patrik and my responsibility. we know it will be hard. maybe we won't know HOW hard until we have her but who knows how hard it reallyis before they give birth? lol

Well, that's good. I'm not one to bash on teen pregnancy because I just made it out of my teens and we were TTC. I just hate the teens who brag about being a teen mother as if it makes them any better to be a teen mother vs. an (adult) mother. I know a lot of people say this, but I feel no matter your age you should just say I am a (good) mother.

I mean income has to come from somewhere, i only see my daughter a few hours a day I wake at 5 go to school get dropped off at my parents then work at 5. get home at 7 . and the rest of the time i spend with my daughter when i get home. and my SO has been working out of state cause is so hard to find jobs here.
I hate people taht walkup to me at school and are all like " i wish i had a baby".

hey i am nikki and i had my LO when i was 18 and found out i was pregnant like 2 weeks before m 18th birthday so i was kinda in your situation except i wasnt TTC and i dont agree with it but its done and welcome

oh no no no! i don't think i am going to be any better or worse that lets say a 25-40 year old mother. in fact i know a 32 year old that just had a boy and she doesn't take care of him at all. i don't think it has anything to do with age. i think it had to do with maturity and prepared-ness, if that's a word. lol. but a 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 year old that is still in school, with no job and living with their parents and just want a baby "just beacuse" i think they are stupid. but i was prepared. just not enough. lol and i'm not scared to admit that i did mess up thinkingi was prepared enough. but i'm not going to look down on any mother IF they do what they need to do to raise their child. planned or not.

Allow me to introduce myself   lol

I'm Katie. I'm 17 and I'm married to Leo. Our wedding anniversary is in three weeks! We've been together almost 3 years and married 1 year on the 25th of this month. We share a10 month old daughter named Hailee Lynn and are expecting our second child, a boy, who will be named Jordan. Hailee was a birth control pill baby and Jordan was a "not trying, not preventing" baby.

We live on our own and fully support ourselves. He works and I'm a SAHM.
