Can you get Tamiflu at a Walmart??

And can you take when you are pregnant?

You can get it by prescription. It's not OTC. Not sure if it is recommended to take tamiflu while pregnant....your doctor would know.

I just finished a round of Tamiflu last week. It is fine to take while pregnant.

It did make me nauseaus (sp?) and headach-y, though. I was given it because my daughter had the flu and it was just to keep me from getting it since I had been exposed, even though I had gotten my flu shot.

o0o0o see yeah I was exposed on Saturday, I had the vaccine Monday.. I think it takes 10 days to take effect, so I'm probably screwed.. so if I call my doctor and tell him do you think they will put me on it ?

I would imagine they probably would, that is what my OB did. I was exposed to it on a Friday after school (or sometime around then), and I got my flu shot the same day. I called my OB Monday morning (we didn't find out she had the flu until Sunday @ urgent care) and he called me in a script and I started it that day. It's a 5-day/2pills a day thing.

Oh No you have the swine flu???? Im sorry!! No clue if you can get it at Walmart. I know you need a prescription for it.
