It differs. it usually takes longer if you breastfeed. But i got mine the ollowing month. right on time as before pregnancy.

Everyone is different, but for a lot of people, it depends on whether or not you're breastfeeding as to when you'll get a period.

Yeah, baby watch starts early. So uncomfortable.

You will get your post partum 'period' immediately. You will have it for a couple weeks to a little over a month. Regular periods vary after that. Some women never have a period again at all. If you exclusively bf, your period will likely start much later.

You will bleed for 2-6 weeks after giving birth, but as soon as that stops you normally get your period.
By that point I was ready to get pregnant again just so I'd stop bleeding.

I was 38&1 and it seemed endless. I pity the mommas who were 40+.

Yeah, that was a huge perk of being pregnant. I got on birth control, and I don't have my period anymore. It's really nice, but I wasted money on a box of tampons I'll never use.

Try for the 1st couple of days though. You will cramp a little more but they gave me more Motrin. I healed way faster. Plus, they say it's liquid gold at the beginning for the baby. Just a thought. But my stomach shrunk real fast.
