Ok im telling u this b/c i know im going to court he wont be legaly given custy with not being there also if he cant prove ur unfit all he will get is visatiton....Second men say stuff to freak u out....My x keeps telling me he is taking me to court it wont happen b/c he doesnt have the money for SHIT....Third im on unemploymrnt he has mental issues that will arise and so does his dad not healthy for my son at all so i will take him once a week to see his father if that happends i also make more money on my unemployment then my x does on ssi and ssd and they will also count my SO income as he is on my bank account and i get a check of 600 in my account Direct Deposited they look at ur statements i have yet to see a penny from my x

ok. yeah he has anger issues that he is on meds for. he has mentioned court. he works for his sister. i had to quit my job bc i was sick all the time. i wish he would just leave me alone. when he had a gf he didnt even bother me.

well mine is bipolar and all that and a court usally will not give custy to someone with problems that are really bad
