birth control/period question

im on the extended cycle bc and i forgot to take my pill thursday night and i just went ahead started taking the placebos since i was supposed to start saturday anyway. well ive been cramping a lot but no bleeding at all til yesterday and its more spotting than an actual period. i had my baby in may and ive had normal periods since but this is way off and it just doesnt seem right. out of the 3 packs i forgot 1-2 pills but took them about 6 hours later than normal. yes ive been having sex with my husband but last time i was pregnant i knew and this is nothing like that. could this be normal? i know everyones body can be out of whack PP im just a lil freaked out

i missed a couple of my pills and now i'm pregnant. so idk. wait a little longer then probably test.
