Dear Joel,

I quite frankly, don't give a flying fuck if you worked an 8 hour day. you had 10 hours of sleep last night. I had 4. You came home to a brilliantly cleaned house, and dinner. On top of that you came home to two healthy and happy children. I know that its my "job" but if you could please, just please let me have 5 fucking minutes to take a shit by myself that would be great. i don't appreciate you letting our 3 week old shriek in her swing while you go and play on your computer, after dumping our toddler into time out for no apparent reason. Step up to the fucking plate for one night and stop making excuses. I don't know what crawled up your ass since you went back to work, but if it could crawl back out and go back to its hole, again, I would appreciate it.
