omg!!!!!!help me.

OMG Im really scared I cooked fried chicken tonight and I had to cook it in a really small pan cuz thats all i have and the outside started to burn!!so I had to take it out,I figured it was done...WRONG...as I was chowing done I noticed the chicken was tuff and had a sweet taste to it,I thought it was just because of the fryer and the baked beens that had gotten on it,well a few bites later i saw blood trickeling down my hand!!!!!!! the chicken was so raw it was still bleeding,this happened just ten minutes ago...Im very worried esp. because LO is breastfed if I do get sick how will it effect her and is there anything I can do to counteract it!HELP ME!

I always do. If I cook chicken breast I cut every single one of them open first. haha. I'm paranoid.
