You won't necessarily get sick. You can eat raw chicken without getting sick, as long as there's no bacteria like salmonella... it helps that the outside was cooked. Anything it could have picked up would be gone. It would have to have been just bad chicken in the first place, for the raw inside to make you sick. At least that's my assumption.

thanks everyone and I usually check the meat I've just been very hair brained today,and was ready to dig in,If i wasnt such a pig .......pray for me plzzz....ugh I dont want to get sick.
