How would you handle this?

Ok so I work for my dad, he owns a construction company. We all work for my dad, me, my sister, my SO her, DH...all of us! lol
Well anyways, we have an employee we shall call him "bob," bob has a gf that comes to pick him up everyday and drops him off in the morning. Well we (my sister and I) noticed for a few months now that she has been coming, she gets down to drop him off and spends time with our superintendent whe shall call him "dave" she even comes about 1hr early to pick up HER SO just to spend time with "dave." "Dave" says he would never do anything with her, thats wrong and plus he is married.
Well just the other day My SO drove up to find him and her behing the dumpert together! (I dont blame him, that girl is throwing herslef at him, might as well take it...right? (him and his wife are really only together for money they both cheat))
So my question is....Do I tell my dad the BOSS? whats going on? I mean if it gets out that she is doing stuff with him its going to cause mayjor drama!!!
What whould you do??
I acutally think its pretty funny....I know im mean!

Definantly tell your dad. He should speak with the guy who's guilty of it, it's not appropriate professional behavior and it needs to stop during work hours.

wow what a skank. how smart is that to cheat with someone that work with your husband? thats liable to start some major drama at work. plus is your dad paying this guy while he is out messsing around with this girl? if so he needs to be fired right away for having play time whiile on the clock.

have your SO tell your dad since he's THE one that saw them. If you tell him it'll be one of those this person said , that this person said and so on stories.

Im so scared to tell my dad, he has a big mouth and will out it to all the guys. This is a personal issue that needs to be delt with between them. And I know my dad wont really believe me, or my SO. He will probably think its funny too, I just know its going to cause major major major drama if it comes out...shhh, why do girls got to be so skanky?? She is only 22 and he is like 42!! and her SO is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy hotter then this dude! lol (besides the point)

well unless your gonna tell her poor husband then i dont see how else to do it. but he defintely doesnt deserve to keep getting cheated on like that. or maybe he knows and just doesnt know what to do about it.
