Gooey Blood..

So, I had my daughter 8 days ago and my bleeding has been pretty much normal.. Nothing looked or felt weird.. But today, when I went to the bathroom to change my pad, there was this big gooey blood bubble looking kinda thing.. It was dark dark red, almost black.. What is it?? Is that normal?? I know you ladies aren't my OB but I just wanna know if it's normal before I call all freaked out.. lol.. Thnx in advance for your responses..

a clot? lol if they are small its normal if they are bigger then a quarter go to the doctor or ER

maybe its a blood clot which is normal.. but its ok to call..freaked out or not
